FOR THE REVIEW The North Central Pennsylvania counties of Bradford, Clinton, Lycoming, Potter, Sullivan, Tioga and Union, collectively the North Central Task Force (NCTF), will perform a significant test of their public health and disease prevention capabilities this spring, as nearly 2,000 individuals are expected to participate in the North Pharm exercise.
